Discovered not very long ago on social networks, Ozavino Services is a young company that has a grip, it captures attention with supernatural ease to such an extent that we wanted to know more about this SME turned towards catering. After a solicitation from us, it is a young lady barely in her twenties who receives us in a tea room, in downtown Libreville, the capital of Gabon. Dynamic, smiling, with a thin silhouette, she imposes by her charisma, her sincerity and the strength of her voice. Entrepreneur, she is not at her first experience. She believes she has found the right vein and the right strategy. As proof, his company opened barely a few months ago that already, invitations are multiplying. What's its secret?

ARTIAF: Hello Madam! We discover your activities on the web, especially through social networks. As it seems, you are in the catering trades. What is it exactly?

ARTIAF: Hello, Madam! We discover your activities on the web, especially through social networks. Apparently, you're in the food business. What is it exactly?

First of all, thank you for the opportunity to speak here about my activities. In reality, I run a small company that does events. We offer hostesses, cutlery rental, catering and dishwashing services.

ARTIAF: Ozavino Service is the name of your company, what is the meaning of this name and how long have you been in existence?

We've been around for two years now. And Ozavino Service simply means "Services of Blessings" in the Miele language. It is a name that is supposed to bring us grace and to this day it gives it back to us.

ARTIAF: To date, there are many service providers working in the same sector as you in Libreville. What sets you apart from the competition?

You know, it's really not easy to start a business and make customers. As far as we are concerned, we are committed to taking into account the concerns of our clients and supporting them in the success of their events.

What sets us apart from the competition is simply the fact that we assist our clients from the beginning to the end of their festive ceremonies. In order to perfect the organization of the party, we remain active with professionalism throughout the chain of the event, whether it is in terms of welcoming guests, decorating, providing cutlery, cooking menus, washing up or cleaning the room and spaces.

In addition, we have our own equipment and all possible accessories at unbeatable prices. For example, in addition to cutlery, we supply bottle openers, garbage bags, drink trays, Chafing Dishes, etc.

Also, we are passionate about good food and "knowing how to hospitalize".

ARTIAF: Where do you usually work? And for what kinds of occasions?

We work wherever the need arises in Libreville for occasions such as weddings, christenings, birthdays, conferences, home services, embassies, etc. We also give in ceremonies on the occasion of deaths.

ARTIAF: Who is behind Ozavino Service?

A young lady.

ARTIAF: A young lady who wishes to remain anonymous?

Yes, if possible.

ARTIAF: How many employees do you have? And how do you organize your performances?

We have more than fifteen permanent employees. This number generally varies according to the number of guests entrusted to us by the client and the size of the ceremony. In addition, our organization is internal and our rates vary according to the demand of our customers. And we strive to do everything we can with efficiency and professionalism, as our slogan says: "The service tailored to your needs".

ARTIAF: Do you have any difficulties in carrying out your activities?

If so, which ones? No, we don't have any major difficulties. We're just always looking for new markets.

ARTIAF: Do you recommend the restaurant or events sector to these young people who want to start a business in Gabon?

Yes, I highly recommend it, it's a promising sector. However, these people should first and foremost be passionate about cooking and organization so as not to get bored.

ARTIAF: Why?

Because I think that if you start in a field that you don't like, sooner or later there will be either abandonment, a malfunctioning of the project or discouragement.

ARTIAF: Thank you, Madam!

I would like to thank you for your interest in our structure.

ARTIAF: See you soon!
