You can pay for your order with the following payment methods: Credit card; Mobile currency ; Bank transfer and cash on delivery.
Credit card
We particularly accept Visa and MasterCard. To ensure the secure processing of your credit card payment, our platform uses Digitech Africa's E-Billing application. That payment provider guarantees:
- The technical security of payment through the use of the latest encryption methods;
- Absolute protection of personal data that is only used for the ordering process and is not stored in the store's database;
- Fast payment processing.
At the end of your order, simply enter your credit card number, as well as the expiry date and cryptogram of the card.
Mobile Money
Mobile payments are all transactions made from a mobile phone and debited either to a bank card, the operator bill, or an e-wallet, which can be funded with a cash deposit with an agent or merchant. On Artiaf, this payment method is also made possible by the E-Billing application. You can pay for your purchases through mobile operators Airtel and Moov.
Wire transfer
If you choose payment by bank transfer, we will send you the order confirmation and the proforma invoice by e-mail as well as our bank details (IBAN and BIC). You can then transfer the amount of the invoice by indicating the order number (visible on the invoice). Your products will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
Note : Payment by bank transfer is generally visible within 48 hours. Your order will not be validated before this period. If you are in a hurry, opt for a faster payment method (by credit card).
Cash on delivery
Available only to customers residing in Libreville, Akanda and Owendo in Gabon, cash payment or cash payment is a method of cash payment upon delivery of the product or service to the customer. In most commercial transactions, this payment is made according to the local currency. That is, the currency used in the transaction remains the one used in the country where the exchange takes place.
Also, paying on delivery allows you to keep your money in hand. This is a great way for you to avoid overspending. You can also choose exactly how much money you are willing to spend and stop spending when you run out of money.
Note : E-Billing is a complete and secure solution for collecting payments online. It makes life easier for customers by offering them to pay with Airtel Money, Moov Money, VISA and MasterCard.
